注：①以上資料需加蓋單位鮮章，并在遞交磋商文件截止時間前將原件現場遞交開標地點，如在規定時間內未按磋商文件報名要求正確提供相應報名材料的供應商均無資格參加該項目的磋商。

采購文件提供后不退，磋商資格不能轉讓。供應商要求遠程提供采購文件的，采購人應當遠程提供。
